The thing about learning, well, anything really, is consistency. When you’re learning an instrument, 10 minutes every day is better than two hours once a week. Learning a language is no different. Speaking, listening, and reading every day will make the biggest impact. I know, easier said than done. But Lingoda has you covered. What if they threw in the idea of getting reimbursed for completing a certain number of classes, would that get you to do it? Sorry, what was that? Free money and you learn a language? I know.
If you’re looking for a little extra motivation to up your language skills, this is the perfect offer for you. And Lingoda offers two ways to get reimbursed for your dedication to language learning.
In a nutshell: Sign up for the Lingoda Super Sprint, complete 60 classes in 2 months, and you could earn 50% cashback or class credits for an even higher value.
Personally, I’ve always wanted an excuse to just buckle down and get focused on my language learning. What if someone took me to a nice resort, made food for me every day, and we had language classes all afternoon, with snacks? Okay, I’m sure someone would be willing to do that for a bazillion Euro, but here’s a better option. Do one Lingoda class every day, on average, for three months and get all your money back. The Super Sprint is just that – 30 classes a month, for two months. It’s a lot, but if your attendance is 100%, you will also get 50% cashback or class credits for a 2.5x higher value than the cashback value.
In a nutshell: If committing to a class every day is too much for your schedule, or you miss the Super Sprint sign up period, you can still try our regular Sprint. Take 30 classes in 2 months (15 a month), and you could earn 50% cashback at the end.
That works out to about a class every two days, which is just right when we’re talking about keeping consistent.
Yes of course, consistency is great for learning, but forming a habit to do that learning is equally important. It takes about two months to form a habit, so by the end of your Sprint or Super Sprint, you will be so used to working on your language often, it will become second nature. Just think how far you can go with that amount of time. An average language level is 50 classes, so in three months of your Sprint, you will be almost finished. If you choose to Super Sprint, you’ll be finished a level and then some.
Not sure what level you are in your chosen language? Take the test here.
The classes are small, and flexible. You can book at nearly any time of day classes are available, in any time zone. Group classes are a maximum of five students, and honestly in my experience they are normally only two or three people. It gives you a chance to catch your breath, but you can’t get away with hiding in the back either, so you will get some good practice in. Lingoda teachers are always native-level speakers, too, which is so critical when you’re learning a language away from where it’s primarily spoken. It’s the ideal way to learn a language when you’re busy – with work or with family.
Classes taken before that time won’t count towards your total – it‘s really important that you read the Lingoda Sprint rules about this.
Payments will be made in three installments, and if your attendance is 100%, you will receive a refund of 50% after the end of the Sprint/Super Sprint Promotion period.
You can also choose to get class credits instead of cashback:
For Sprint : 40 credits
For Super Sprint : 75 credits
After the Sprint is over, your account will convert into a regular roll-over subscription, but you’re free to opt out of this.
So, what are you waiting for? Let’s take that language plunge together!
