Your free 7 days begin the moment you create your account. A one-time payment for your plan of choice is processed automatically after your free trial ends. If you’re still not sure about learning with us, be sure to cancel before the end of your free trial to avoid being charged! We will send you a reminder email one day before your trial ends and your new subscription starts.
Whether or not you can cancel your subscription depends on the plan you have purchased. If you have signed up for our free 7-day trial, you can easily cancel it within the 7 day period in order to prevent it from rolling over into a monthly subscription. For our monthly subscriptions, you can cancel your plan at any time from your account and it will not renew for the next month. Please note: You can only take classes with an active subscription (all remaining classes, if any, will be on hold until you reactivate your subscription). For the Lingoda Sprint challenge, you can cancel within the first 14 days of signing up. In this case, please contact our Customer Support Team. Yes! You receive a certificate for each CEFR level that you complete with Lingoda. Our certificates are issued in accordance with CEFR and are accepted by many institutions worldwide.
Definitely not. You can schedule classes that perfectly fit your busy – and sometimes variable – schedule. One day you could take a class at 7 p.m., another day at 10 a.m. This is one of the key reasons why our students prefer our live, online classes to traditional language schools, where you would have to commit to a recurring and set schedule.
