The goal of the initiative is a sustainable qualification and integration of international talents in Germany. International talents are supported in their search for professional training that matches their skills, interests and career goals.

Individuals who have an upcoming appointment at the Jobcenter/Agentur für Arbeit to receive an educational voucher can use the Match Talent Buddy Programme. The Buddy helps with preparing the necessary documents beforehand and with translations and personal support during the appointment.
