How much is the cashback?
If eligible, you get 50% of the money back that you paid in total for the Sprint or the Super Sprint. You can even get more value back by choosing to receive class credits instead of money.
All classes must be taken in the respective months of the Language Sprint:
For regular Sprint: 15 classes in Month 1 and 15 classes in Month 2.
For Super Sprint: 30 classes in Month 1 and 30 classes in Month 2.You can’t take more classes than stated above during the Language Sprint runtime. You also can’t take more than 1 class a day for Sprint and Super Sprint and not more than 5 classes per week for the Sprint.
After your Language Sprint, you automatically roll over into a monthly subscription. If you have unused credits, you will keep them! You are free to use those credits whenever your subscription is active. If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription you can do so easily from your account.
If it’s due to confirmed technical issues on Lingoda’s side, the class will still count towards your Language Sprint. Once we have confirmation that the fault lies with Lingoda, we will update your account and refund your class credit. Please note, you can only use the refunded credit after the challenge ends. Using it during the Language Sprint (e.g. 16 classes in Month 2 of the Sprint instead of 15 classes) will result in you no longer being eligible for a cashback.
If you missed the class due to problems on your side, you will not be refunded the class credit nor are you eligible for the cashback.
You can, of course, continue taking your Language Sprint classes and developing your language skills!
Unlike other language schools, you are not assigned one teacher throughout your learning journey; instead, you can choose the teacher(s) you like! On the class booking page, you can select from a large pool of classes to jump into and see who is teaching that lesson before booking your spot.
We offer classes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we recommend booking your classes at least 7 days in advance to ensure you get the class you want when you want it.
During the Language Sprint, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up and receive a refund of the fees paid. After 14 days, it is no longer possible to cancel and get a refund. The Language Sprint cannot be paused.
Yes, you can. However, you must use all your trial credits and cancel the trial before it rolls into a monthly subscription. Otherwise, you will be charged for the month. Plus, this will be considered an active subscription, and you won’t be eligible to sign up for the Language Sprint.
Yes, students under the age of 18 cannot join Lingoda classes.
