This New Year’s season, get up to 45 extra private classes in total with our Lingoda Flex courses (excluding our smallest plan) during the first three months of your subscription. So, depending on which plan you subscribe to, you will get up to 15 additional private classes free of charge per month for a total of three months. The free class credits will be added to your account after 14 days, provided you don’t cancel your subscription in the meantime. This offer is valid only for new students from 20 December 2024 to 31 January 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CET.
Your free 7-day trial begins the moment you select a plan and create your account. Once the free trial ends, the first month’s payment is automatically processed. You will receive a reminder email about this one day before your trial ends. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, be sure to do it before the trial expires to avoid being charged. Or you can, of course, skip the trial and go straight into one of our monthly plans.
Yes. If you cancel during the 7 days of the free trial, you won’t roll over into the monthly plan, and you won’t be charged. If you cancel your monthly plan before the end of the billing cycle, you will not be charged the next month.
You can also change your monthly plan to a higher or lower intensity, and this will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Or, if you prefer, you can pause your account for a maximum of 4 weeks, once per billing cycle.
Please note that while any unused credits will still be viewable on your account, you will not be able to access them after your last payment cycle ends. However, if you do decide to renew your subscription, your credits will be there for you.
Choosing the best plan depends on your learning goals and how quickly you would like to progress. Whether you’d like to learn once a week or several times a week, we’ve got monthly plans to suit your needs.
With native-level speaking teachers located all over the world, we aim to provide a flexible schedule with classes available 24/7. To ensure you get to take the classes you want at your convenience, we recommend you book them 7 days in advance. We’ve also updated our cancellation policy, and you can now cancel a class (only in the monthly plan) 3 days in advance and get your credit back.
This depends on you. We provide complete flexibility, so how long it takes to complete a level and get your certificate is up to you! For example, one level has 50 classes, so if you take a class a day, you could move up a level in just over 7 weeks. However, if you want to go at a slower pace, then 3 classes per week would take you around 4 months to complete the level.
Lingoda is also set up to keep you accountable. We have a study area for prepping before class, recapping what you’ve learned, along with quizzes and exercises to practise everything and keep you on track.
Yes, students under the age of 18 cannot join Lingoda classes.
